TERMS & CONDITIONS

There will be no returns for a credit, or a re-make of any made to order or in stock browband for incorrect colour choice, size or change of mind. Please be sure of your choices when placing an order.

We are happy to accept rush/urgent orders, however an additional fee of $10 is charged (per browband) if the order is required within 1 week of placing the order.

Browbands can be made on a detachable browband for an additional $5 per band. Please mention when ordering whether you would like this option. 

No browband will be posted unless full payment is received. Payment is required upon ordering. 
Packaging & Postage options for 1 browband: Standard post $11.00, Express post $16.00 AUS wide.
Please contact us for a quote if 2 or more browbands are required for posting. 
If you are ordering from overseas, please email me to discuss options & I can provide a postage quote. 

Browbands are made on either a 1" or a 1 1/4" width PVC band. Other widths are available if required. Any width wider than the standard 1" are at an additional cost. Please contact me to discuss options.
